Had an emergency issue late in the workday(4pm) with a large commercial door. A truck leaving the warehouse backed out before the door was completely up. Called Overhead and they had the door fixed MUCH faster than initially feared. Arrived by 4:45 and completed by 5:30. Incredibly impressed with the service.

On 12/13/24, my Overhead Garage Door Opener attached to the garage ceiling (originally installed in 2006) stopped working. I called the company, and service technician Tony came out within three hours, installed a new Door Opener, and did some other maintenance. Tony is positive, professional, friendly, and provided exceptional customer service, as did the telephone representative who helped arrange the service call. I am pleased with the quick response to my service request. Thanks, Tony--and Overhead Door CO of Grand Rapids!

I had a fantastic experience with Overhead Door Co. of Grand Rapids! They installed a security gate for my smoke shop a few years ago, and when I moved to a wider storefront this summer, they made the process easy. Gabe handled everything smoothly, and Clint and Jay did an amazing job installing the extension they fabricated to fit the new space. They walked me through each step, and the final result is perfect. I can finally rest easy knowing my shop is secure. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and peace of mind!

Called them for estimate on replacing a broken garage door spring. Their price was not the cheapest or most expensive of the quotes I received but they were able to have someone out the next day. Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable technician (Tony) made the repairs. The whole process was easy.

One of the springs on my garage door broke and my wife’s car was stuck inside. It was late in the day but Tony showed up after a new install and four repairs. Within 30 minutes the springs were replaced and the door functioning properly. I have utilized Overhead for many years both for my homes and for the company I worked for.
