Planned Safety Inspections

Overhead Door Co. of Grand Rapids offers Planned Safety Inspections for sectional, rolling steel, and high speed doors. We also offer Planned Safety Inspections on dock equipment under our sister company Calumet Building Group.

Our team of experts will do a visual inspection before checking all of the hardware on the door. They then will check the counterbalance system on the door and finally the operation of the door. Our technicians will take care of any repairs that don't require parts. If additional parts are needed we will quote you additional work.

Fire Door Drop Tests

If your facility has Fire Doors, it is legally required that you have them tested on a yearly basis. Failure to do so could result in a fine from the fire marshal! Fortunately, this is a service that Overhead Door Co. of Grand Rapids offers. Our certified technicians will make sure your facility meets NFPA Standards.
