Charles is our jack of all trades. Having started out as a installer and technician, Charles has the best working knowledge of residential garage doors of any of our salesmen. He worked as one of our technicians for years before moving into the salesroom in 2023.
Charles still spends much of his time around the office answering various technical questions and helping customers over the phone. Charles' role is a hybrid of both residential and commercial, including residential customers who might be looking for commercial products.
In his free time, Charles loves spending time with his daughter who's the light of his life. An avid hunter, Charles also spends a lot of time in the woods with his crossbow.
